Disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved by the district court of Tallinn. A consumer may, however, always institute proceedings in the competent court of its domicile. Jurisdiction specific terms

Certain jurisdiction laws may apply to You and to us as a result of your location. In case of such location, when the laws are inconsistent with any part of these Terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
